Stan's Supervisor

Job description

We're on the lookout for the finest barista and donut leaders for our Stan's locations! If you think you have what it takes to join our mission to provide a world class experience to coffee and donut fans everywhere, we want to hear from you! We require open availability- 5 am to 9 pm, weekends, and holidays are a must!

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with General Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service - Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and provide training opportunities

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hotel or restaurant management principles and practices
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
