• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Maintain flexibility and openness to change in this fast‑paced environment.

Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no experience required as AT&T provides training and coaching.

Annual earnings range between $40,000 and $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may vary by geography, experience, and education. Salary is dependent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
