Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Manager role located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, with some local travel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining assigned and new client and partner relationships, overseeing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include creating and executing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment with customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience with Audio, Video, Professional Home Automation, Lighting, and/or Clean Power preferred. Will consider certain other professional technical sales backgrounds.
  • Customer first mentality. Strong sales and relationship‑building skills, with experience in lead generation and client management.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Team management and leadership abilities.
  • If direct experience with audio‑visual solutions and related technology, experience working with Interior Designers and/or Architects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
