- Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, anywhere from 8AM-8:30PM. Preference given to availability 2:00-8:00pm. - Work Setting:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Trainee
, provide direct, 1:1 behavioral support to children with autism or other disabilities in their homes. Implement individualized programs, collect data, and work with families.
We’ll pay for 40 hours of training; once you pass the RBT exam, we’ll cover the cost. Certificate must be completed within 90-180 days of start date.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 behavior programs in clients' homes (training provided)
- Engage with children in a fun and energetic way to support learning and development
- Collect accurate data on client progress
- Collaborate with families to provide a safe, supportive environment
- Participate in team meetings and receive ongoing training and mentorship
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children
- RBT certification is a plus, but we will cover the cost of obtaining it! Or you have the desire to become RBT certified with our help!
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- CPR & First Aid Certification is required
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients
- Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Behavioral knowledge/experience is preferred, but not necessary
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation is required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work a consistent schedule (afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability)
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.

- This job requires reliable transportation and a driver's license.
- If using your vehicle for work, we will need an auto insurance policy with your name on it. In the absence of a driver's license, you will have to submit a government‑issued .
- This job requires a criminal background check
- This job requires a Physical (past year) and TB Test (past 90 days)
- This job requires a valid CPR & First Aid Certification

- All new behavior technicians are required to get RBT certified within 90 days. For that, we provide 40 hours of paid training to prepare you for the RBT exam & cover the costs of your RBT exam if you pass on your first try.
