Auto Zone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs lead by example, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and execute store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs develop a high-performing team and support the mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW!

Customer Service experience.

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations.
• Metrics – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process & Operations – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly while upholding company policies.

• Leadership:
  Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexibility:
  Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English (preferred).
• Automotive Retail:
  Previous experience in automotive retail (preferred).
• Certifications:
  
  Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification (preferred).
