Hours:
11 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday & Weekends/Holidays required as needed Compensation:
This is dependent upon experience and skill! A probationary period is required. Holiday pay is time and a half.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with animals, large or small, and will have an open mindset to learning our core values and procedures in canine handling.
- Supervise and engage with dogs in group play, ensuring safety and fun
- Read and respond to canine body language with confidence and compassion
- Provide excellent customer service to pet parents — greeting, check-in/out, and updates
- Use technology (scheduling software, account billing, updating pet charts) to keep operations smooth
- Multitask across cleaning, feeding, enrichment, and client interactions
- Collaborate with a team that values creativity, efficiency, humor, and joy!
- Strong multitasking skills — able to juggle dogs, clients, and tasks with an energy that is engaging
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with apps, scheduling tools, and digital communication
- Customer service mindset — friendly, professional, and solution-oriented
- Passion for animals — driven to improve the lives of animals, the opportunity to learn from qualified experts, and eventually advancement when appropriate
- Reliability & timeliness — available afternoons (11 AM – 6:30 PM), with potential for extra shifts, commission-based incentives, and career growth. Holidays and weekends are a requirement, hours differ on those days.
- Team player — thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment - all while continuing to keep your cool while under stress, as this can affect the energy of our dogs and staff
- Physically fit - This position requires frequent movement. The candidate must be comfortable lifting 50 pounds.
