Arrow Building Center Credit Clerk

Arrow Building Center, a Division of US LBM Is Seeking Credit Clerk to join their team in Oakdale, MN or in our Excelsior, MN office!

Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

How you will spend your day as a Credit Clerk:

• Review, approve and grant requests for credit using appropriate company guidelines.
• Assist in Accounts receivable, cash receipts/collections and daily deposit.
• Oversee and reconcile daily cash receipts and cash application, customer statements, service charges and customer maintenance.
• Document and take appropriate action to collect on NSF checks.
• Handle reporting, filing, security and collections paperwork on a timely basis.
• Manage new job starts; verify that jobs are set up correctly with proper support and documentation is complete and accurate.
• Manage accounts with overdue balances; develop collection plans, communicate with customers regarding collection alternatives.
• Enforce all aspects of company credit policy while handling various duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
• Cross-train as required in other areas.
• Comply with Company’s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned by location management.
