What You’ll Bring to the Team- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service in‑person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office.

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions depend on experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location.
