Location: National Home Healthcare
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

Salary: $16 - $19 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Morning or Afternoon Shifts

• Ambulation & Mobility Assistance: Help clients with walking and moving around the facility.

• Personal Care Support: Assist clients with their daily hygiene and personal care needs.

• Meal Planning & Preparation: Plan and prepare meals for clients according to their needs.

• Light Housekeeping: Perform household tasks that clients are unable to complete on their own.

• Companionship: Provide a pleasant and supportive presence for the clients.

• Ability to pass a background check through the MN Department of Health and Human Services.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• A compassionate attitude towards the care and well‑being of others.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate and respond to individual needs.

• Ability to see and hear to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to respond to emergencies in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
