Day Program Overview
Our Day Program offers consistent day hours from Monday through Friday. You will not be required to work evenings, overnights, or weekends.
Compensation & Schedule
• $18.50 hourly for 33‑hour work weeks.
• Full‑time DSPs work 33 hours per week.
• Option to work 40 hours per week as an In‑Home Caregiver/IHS Professional with pay of $20 hourly, requiring your own vehicle and a clean driving record. This role may involve 10–15 hours of one‑on‑one work in the community.

Daily Responsibilities
You will greet participants each morning, facilitating music therapy, arts and crafts, cooking lessons, and community outings. Assist with personal care routines and provide compassionate support that enriches each participant’s day.
Schedule
8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, 33 hours per week with all full‑time benefits.
Ideal Candidate
• Caring, empathetic, and patient.
• Great listener with a positive attitude.
• Eager to learn and grow in the role; prior direct‑care experience is a bonus but not required.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Experience in direct care is a plus.
- Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
