About the RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in supporting our homecare operations by recruiting and onboarding exceptional employees who share our mission. This position focuses on the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and compliance tracking, ensuring we maintain a qualified, diverse, and mission-aligned workforce. Your role is crucial in creating the initial impression for new employees and in fostering professional relationships with all staff members throughout their employment.
Key Responsibilities- Review and manage applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Craft compelling job postings and employment advertisements
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, video, in-person)
- Track interview feedback, evaluations, and candidate progress
- Collect, verify, and file candidate licensure and credential documentation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies
- Track and maintain all employee training throughout entire employment
- Coordinate all pre-employment steps: offers, background checks, TB testing, etc.
- Assign new hire training and manage onboarding progress through our system
- Prepare new hire materials: uniforms, s, welcome gifts
- Enter new hires into Apploi and set up initial electronic employee files
- Verify and process Form I-9 and E-Verify
- Ensure complete and compliant employee onboarding in eRSP and internal systems
- Maintain accurate onboarding and scheduling reports
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (preferably in healthcare or homecare)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, social media recruiting, and ATS platforms
- Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make strategic decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A strong commitment to the company’s mission and values
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for employee onboarding (I-9, E-training requirements, licensure, etc.)
