• Partner with the General Manager to create action plans that improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Maintain accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Implement cost controls and evaluate their impact.
• Monitor people charts and production planning and make necessary adjustments.
• Create and manage schedules and handle new team member onboarding.
• Implement action plans that address employee needs and operational assessments.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make tough decisions.
• Available to work all shifts, including open, close, weekends, and holidays.
