Director of Operations

The Director of Operations serves as the critical bridge between executive strategy and day-to-day property management operations. This leader ensures operational excellence across the company's property portfolio by aligning business objectives with investor goals, driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, able to translate growth vision into systems, processes, and accountability measures that scale.

• Lead and optimize property management operations, aligning practices with ownership and investor objectives
• Ensure all properties meet safety, maintenance, and regulatory standards while overseeing capital projects and budgets
• Drive operational efficiency through technology adoption, process improvements, and vendor management
• Mentor and develop high‑performing property and facilities teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
• Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and smooth integration of new properties
• Support tenant relations, retention strategies, and lease compliance to maintain strong client satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in property management or real estate operations
• Proven success overseeing multi‑site property portfolios (industrial, commercial, or mixed‑use preferred)
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving operational efficiency
• Deep understanding of property management systems (App Folio, Yardi, ReThink, etc.) and KPI reporting
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
