• Performing routine post and pre‑inspections to ensure suitable working nature of forklift.
• Accurately record and put inventory away.
• Stage Orders before shipping.
• Pull Orders when ready to ship.
• Inspect trucks before loading to ensure safety compliance.
• Verify trucks are loaded with the correct product.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain clean working area.
  
  Follow all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the product transportation between the plant and shipping warehouse.
• Wrapping and inspecting finished goods.
• Able to follow instructions as directed by the Supervisor.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• CDL is preferred but not required.
• Work a flexible schedule (possibly nights, weekends, and holidays) when needed.
• Ability to perform well in a customer‑driven, safety‑conscious organization.
• Ability to understand and work well with team members, both in operations & support teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to drive a forklift and multitask.
• Ability to learn ERP systems and willingness to learn the computer side of the job.
• Being able to sit and stand throughout the day.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
• Keen sense of urgency and time management skills.
