Salary Range: $75,630.56 - $87,572.23

This position provides general nursing support for the Adult Psychiatry Department in collaboration with the psychiatric providers and other medical staff to perform patient‑centric, safe, effective, timely, and efficient patient care.

• Provide telephone triage services for the patients of four psychiatric providers.
• Utilize nursing assessment and intervention in triage role.
• Coordinate with psychiatric providers to address triage calls, medication refill requests, and prior authorization requests.
• Administer long‑acting injectable medications to a small subset of patients.
• Track sample medications and lab results.
• Provide coverage and assistance to the nursing team as needed, including doing vitals and supporting clinical management.

• Associate degree or higher in a nursing program.
• Current Minnesota license as a registered nurse.
• Minimum of three years of psychiatric nursing or triage nursing experience.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing program.
• Certification as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse (RN,
  
  C) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
• Five years of psychiatric nursing experience.
