Overview
A well-established and privately owned company in the fleet services industry is seeking a high-energy Junior Account Manager to support the growth of its nationwide vehicle programs. With over 50 years in business, this organization specializes in fleet vehicle sales, leasing, and management for companies with fleets ranging from 15 to thousands of vehicles. This is a business-to-business (B2B) junior sales development, appointment setting role with hands-on training and direct coaching from industry veterans.
WhatYou'll Do
- Outreach via phone to decision-makers at small and mid-sized businesses.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant business information (fleet size, locations, interest level, etc.).
- Educate prospects about our fleet vehicle program offerings.
- Set appointments per day for the senior sales team.
- Track all activity and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams including senior account managers and training personnel.
- Participate in daily in-office team environment.
- Support additional services including financing, trade-in options, and vehicle customization.
- Learn the industry and grow your career over time.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in high-volume outreach, inside sales, or call center environments.
- Clear communicator with a strong phone presence.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
- Coachable, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Interest in the automotive, leasing, or B2B service space is a plus.
- Total Compensation & On Target Earnings (OTE): $55k to $70k annually
- Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually (DOE)
- Commissions of approx. $5,000-$10,000 annually

- Initial Phone Interview (30 minutes)
- Final In-Person Interview with management team
- Direct mentorship from an in-house sales trainer
- Comprehensive training in B2B fleet sales, leasing, and vehicle specifications

- Structured onboarding sessions in a dedicated training environment
