Operations & Client Support Administrator
£30,000-£35,000 Pro‑Rata - Based Oakham
Part‑Time - Approx 12 hours a week - Flexibility on Days & hours
5D are proud to be working with The Little iP Company, who are a small, vibrant and growing intellectual property advisory firm supporting businesses to protect and grow their brands. We are looking for a reliable, proactive Operations & Client Support Administrator to support the day‑to‑day running of the firm and help keep client matters moving smoothly.
What the Role Will Involve- Managing trademark and design administration tasks
- Assisting with trademark and design formalities and procedures
- Ordering trademark searches and preparing supporting documentation
- Assisting with preparation of trademark search reports (formatting, annexes, schedules)
- Collating and preparing evidence bundles for IP matters
- Client onboarding, including engagement paperwork and AML checks
- Monitoring matters and chasing clients and third parties as needed
- Managing routine email correspondence and inboxes
- Organising and scheduling meetings
- Preparing and issuing invoices and following up on payments
- Supporting general business administration
- Assisting with marketing activities, such as scheduling posts, updating mailing lists, and coordinating content.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating professionally with clients and third parties
- Comfortable chasing information and payments when required
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Happy working in a small business environment and being hands‑on.
- Experience in a legal, IP, or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
- Full driving license is desirable, or able to get to the office based in Oakham.
