Location:

Oakham, Leicestershire.

Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 plus bonus incentive.

Hours:

8:30am to 5:30pm Monday–Friday, plus every other Saturday morning.

Customer Service Advisor job description.

• Greet customers professionally and courteously on arrival
• Handle customer enquiries face‑to‑face and over the telephone
• Provide clear information regarding services, repairs, pricing, and timescales
• Ensure all customer areas are kept clean and tidy on a daily basis

• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers
• Book vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and inspections
• Update customer records accurately Pricing & Sales
  • Prepare and explain quotes for vehicle repairs and services
  • Upsell relevant products or services where appropriate
  • Take payments and issue invoices or receipts

  Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not essential – we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
