In this rewarding role, you will work with small groups of prison-based learners to develop their literacy skills, communication abilities and confidence.

You will support learners in working towards recognised qualifications that contribute to their long-term goals, employability and progression. You will design structured lessons, deliver interactive sessions, and guide learners through their development journey. Your teaching will play a vital role in rehabilitation, personal confidence building and helping individuals reach their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning Delivery

• Deliver engaging and effective Functional Skills English sessions to small groups.
