Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of autistic pupils and those with additional learning needs, enabling every learner to thrive.

Monitor and assess progress, using feedback and assessment to maximise pupil achievement. Help shape an innovative Science curriculum that prepares pupils for future success. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and families to provide a consistent, pupil-centred approach. Create a safe, structured and nurturing classroom where pupils feel confident to explore, experiment and succeed. Promote independence, resilience, emotional wellbeing and personal development.

Contribute to whole-school improvement and help deliver outstanding outcomes for every pupil. About You We're looking for someone who is:
Holds aDegree and UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Passionate about bringing Science to life and inspiring young people to achieve their potential. Experienced in, or enthusiastic about, working with autistic pupils and those with SEND or complex needs. Creative, adaptable and able to tailor learning to meet individual needs. An excellent communicator who builds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

Calm, resilient and solution-focused, with a positive approach to overcoming challenges. Committed to safeguarding, inclusion and delivering exceptional outcomes for every learner. Eager to continue developing professionally within a supportive and forward-thinking school.
