Teacher Active is recruiting an Outreach, Engagement and Intervention Worker to support secondary schools across Mid and North East Essex. Based in Colchester, you will deliver tailored one-to-one and small-group interventions, build strong relationships with pupils, families and school staff, and travel across multiple sites.
