Job Title:

Salary:
up to £60,000 DOE plus £3000 Welcome Bonus (Welcome Bonus is payable as one payment of £1,500 after completion of one month and one further payment of £1,500 upon completion of your final probation period. T&C's Apply

Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Contract:

Permanent (52 weeks, or flexibility around term-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)

Essential:
Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

The role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Lead Clinician ready to grow and thrive in a collaborative, child-centred environment. You’ll be working with children and young people ages 11-19 with a range of needs, collaborating closely with education and clinical colleagues to support engagement and meaningful outcomes.

The postholder will work collaboratively with both the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload.
