Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operative to join our clients team based on the outskirts of Oakham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with fellow associates to meet production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Duties

• Operate various manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist in the assembly of products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and improve operational efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with operating machinery or tools is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
