Class 1 Welder​/Fabricator​/Plater

Were recruiting for experienced Class 1 Welder / Fabricators to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business.

Salary is dependent on experience and level of qualifications.

This is a day-shift position offering a strong basic salary, excellent benefits and the opportunity to work on high-quality engineered products for major industrial projects.

Were looking for a skilled welder/fabricator with proven experience producing work to a high standard. Class 1 welding experience is essential, and previous experience working on welds subject to X-ray / radiographic inspection would be highly advantageous.

Youll be responsible for:

• Class 1 welding and fabrication to engineering drawings and specifications
• Producing high-quality welded assemblies and fabricated components
• Preparing, fitting and welding materials accurately
• Working to required welding procedures and quality standards
• Carrying out visual checks and maintaining consistently high weld quality
• Working on components where weld integrity and traceability are critical
• Supporting fabrication, plating and general manufacturing activities as required
• Maintaining excellent health, safety and housekeeping standards
