Pay and Working Hours
Starting hourly rate
: £13.28, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25.
Night premium
:
For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you receive £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues; flexibility for 12‑hour weeks is also available.
Availability windows (example):
Sun, Mon, Sat – 22:00 to 07:00.

- Holiday: 20 days plus a personal day, rising to 22 days after 12 months (plus Bank holidays).
