Rutland Water Park is the perfect place to enjoy time outdoors, acres of beautiful countryside where school groups and the general public can enjoy activitiesranging frommini golf, a beach, a 23-mile cycling/walking trail, exciting watersports and various events.

Our visitors can hire sailing boats, rowing boats, and kayaks, they can take part in raft buildingandlearn sailing, windsurfing and paddle sports. As a member of ourWatersports

Team you will support across the various areas, such as assisting with bookings, working on reception, cleaning, providing wet suits and hire equipment.

You will be providing a high level of customer service to our many visitors, making their day enjoyable by assisting them with knowledge of our products, promotion of our services and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

We are looking for committed and keen people as you will need to help in various areas of the Watersportscentre and across the wider Water Park.

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of our parks
• Support Park visitors with information and assistance
• Assist in setting up and managing events.

• Validwatersportsqualification/ experience desirable
• Excellent customer service skills especially in a retail or an outdoor environment
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Ability to be flexible and have the willingness to learn
• Ability to work weekdays/weekends, school holidays
• Show enthusiasm about our parks and share enthusiasm with customers.
• Provide excellent instruction for all ages and skill levels
• Ensure safety standards are met at all times
