Position: Leasing Agent / Assistant

Main Purpose

As a Leasing Agent at RAM, you will be responsible for managing the full leasing process, from engaging with prospects to finalizing rental agreements, ensuring high occupancy rates, excellent customer service, and accurate documentation. You will actively contribute to the property’s revenue goals and resident satisfaction.

Essential Functions Lead Management and Contract Closure
  • Identify, contact, and qualify prospects or potential tenants.
  • Conduct property tours, present leasing options, and close rental agreements using RAM’s authorized platforms.
Tenant Evaluation and Selection
  • Assess applicants’ financial solvency and background through credit checks, references, and other verification processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements to mitigate risks.
Documentation Management and Lease Formalization
  • Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements, ensuring full adherence to applicable laws.
  • Coordinate lease signings and collect all necessary documentation.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track key performance indicators such as conversion ratios, follow-ups, closings, and competitor reports.
  • Suggest actions to improve occupancy rates and achieve sales targets.
Operational Support
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with the Property Management team, especially when follow-ups are required or delays arise.
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Property Management team as needed.
Standard Keeper
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and internal procedures.
  • Deliver timely and high-quality service to both residents and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives and continuous skills development.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Technical or technological degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • No prior experience required (1+ year preferred with high school diploma).
  • Strong customer service orientation and knowledge of rental regulations.
  • Proficient in English (B2) and Spanish (B2).
