Customer Acquisition Specialist - Bilingual Spanish​/English

We're looking for a Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. • Comfortable generating leads and making outreach — You're not afraid to make the first move, whether it's a phone call, email, or in-person conversation.
• Ability to build rapport with families — You can talk to parents with ease, listen to their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — You're great with people, clear in your message, and comfortable speaking with both adults and kids.
• Fluent in English and Spanish — You can confidently communicate with families in both languages.
• Team player who takes initiative — You bring energy to a group but can also work independently and stay focused without micromanagement.
