Bilingual Telesales Consultant – Spanish/English

Role:
Full‑time, in‑office sales professional focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals for America’s Got Soccer, one of the fastest‑growing youth soccer programs in the country.

• Build relationships with families, generating leads and making outreach calls, emails, or in‑person conversations.
• Connect with parents and children to understand needs and guide them to the right solution.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, bringing competitive drive and a passion for hitting goals.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with a team, taking initiative and maintaining focus without micromanagement.

• Strong competitive drive: motivated by goals and desire to win.
• Sales instincts or experience: demonstrated ability to connect with people and excite them about sports programs or fundraising.
• Comfortable generating leads and making outreach via phone, email, or in‑person conversation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: clear messaging, able to talk to adults and kids alike.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, confidently communicating in both languages.
• Team player who takes initiative, works independently, stays focused without micromanagement.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience plus commission structure.
