• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems.

• 2+ years as an HVAC Service Tech (residential preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting chops across split systems & heat pumps; IAQ familiarity a plus.
• Confident, customer‑friendly communicator who educates—never pressures.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record;
  EPA 608 preferred.
