Tax Manager/Sr Manager
Krutilla & Associates is a fast‑growing CPA firm based in Walnut Creek, CA, specializing in tax and consulting services for a variety of large and mid‑sized clients. These clients include real estate opportunity funds, real estate investment trusts, homebuilders, technology companies, professional service firms, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
Responsibilities- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.
- Train, develop, and mentor team members.
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting (8+ years for senior manager).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (including Word and Excel).
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and current tax laws.
