Automotive Accounting Clerk

Looking to grow your career in dealership accounting? Join our client's team, a high-volume automotive and paperless environment, where you'll leverage your billing, accounts receivable, documentation, and administrative skills while supporting a fast-paced accounting team.

Reporting directly to the Controller, you'll play a key role in billing operations, payment posting, account reconciliations, record maintenance, and document management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy, organization, and working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Process billing transactions and invoices accurately and timely
• Post payments and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records
• Must be able to audit Sales Documents and Titles for compliance
• Support accounts receivable and collections activities
• Maintain organized accounting, billing, and contract documentation
• Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to support daily accounting operations

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, in a dealership is required
• Strong understanding of billing and accounts receivable processes
• Familiarity with contracts and titles
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus
