Position: Support Clerk

A company is looking for a Support Clerk responsible for various data entry and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter orders and process updates
  • Perform file preparation tasks and manage document uploads
  • Communicate with agents and handle sensitive information confidentially
Required Qualifications , Training, and Education
  • Proven work experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role
  • Fast and accurate typing skills; touch typing system knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets

    High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus
  • Strong English language skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
