POSITION OVERVIEW
This role provides essential operational and front-desk support to ensure smooth daily functioning across the organization. The Facilities Operations Clerk/Receptionist will serve as a reliable team resource, rotating between core office operations assignments and reception coverage as needed. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, adaptable professional who enjoys supporting staff, coordinating logistics, and contributing to an organized and welcoming office environment.

- Provide rotating operational support across office facilitation, materials coordination, reproduction, and inventory tasks
- Assist with mail processing, supply restocking, vendor deliveries, and office setups or moves
- Operate printing, mailing, and related office equipment to support organizational needs
- Respond to internal materials requests and update inventory records
- Serve as reception backup by greeting visitors, answering calls, managing email inboxes, and supporting front-desk protocols
- Provide backup administrative support to field staff, including printing, scheduling, ordering materials, and assisting with special projects
- Experience in office operations, administration, customer service, or front-desk support
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and maintain accuracy in recordkeeping
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating multiple tasks
- Ability to engage with staff, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and inclusivity
The annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 (compensation for this role is aligned with experience).
