Bilingual Spanish Receptionist

Description

+ Greet visitors, clients, and community members professionally

+ Answer and route phone calls in English and Spanish

+ Schedule appointments and support front desk coordination

+ Assist with intake forms, filing, scanning, and document organization

+ Maintain the reception area and support office presentation

+ Enter and update information in office systems accurately

+ Support staff with administrative and client-facing communication tasks

+ Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Requirements

+ Fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal

+ Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience

+ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

+ Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

+ Basic administrative and clerical skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office phone systems

+ Strong organization and attention to detail

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
