$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Pay: $60 to $70/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: Proven experience in resource management, preferably in a project-based environment.

Education: BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Conde Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual responsible for supporting a portfolio of physical security projects, including resource management, finances, and vendor management. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, teams, and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with Project Managers to discuss staffing, onboarding, staffing costs, etc.
• Monitor and analyze employee utilization and workload allocation, and job estimates.
• Assist in resource planning and forecasting based on project timelines and requirements.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with staffing policies and procedures.
• Support employee development and training initiatives related to resource management.
• Track and analyze project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide regular reports.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and efficiencies in resource allocation.
• Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes related to resource allocation.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
• Coordinate procurement processes and negotiate contracts.
• Identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities and suitability for projects.

• Develop and maintain resource management reports and dashboards.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization and efficiency.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and analysis as needed for senior management.

• Continuously review and improve resource management processes and procedures.
• Implement best practices for resource allocation and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

• Strong analytical skills in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or other data analysis tools.
• Experience with financial analysis and budget management.
• Knowledge of vendor management practices and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
