Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced STP (Source-to-Pay) CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Business Process Analyst, Principal to support a major business and technology modernization program.

The ideal candidate will serve as a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) subject matter expert and play a key role in the implementation of Icertis CLM as part of an SAP S/4

HANA modernization initiative.

This position requires strong knowledge of contract management processes, along with a solid understanding of Source-to-Pay (STP) processes and supporting technologies such as SAP, S/4

HANA, and Ariba. The candidate will work closely with procurement, technology, business, and senior leadership teams to define future-state processes, identify gaps, improve business operations, and drive successful implementation.

• Serve as a CLM subject matter expert representing procurement teams and stakeholders throughout the S/4
  
  HANA modernization program.
• Support all phases of the project, including design workshops, business requirements gathering, process validation, and future-state design.
• Support the implementation and optimization of Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Define and validate business requirements for L3/L4 business processes.
• Facilitate discussions and socialization of future-state process and solution designs with business stakeholders.
• Validate business requirements against established policies, regulations, procedures, and business standards.
• Identify process gaps, dependencies, and cross-functional design requirements.
• Analyze complex business processes and perform root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop innovative solutions to address complex business and process challenges.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within CLM and related business processes.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and cross-functional business decisions.
• Support process standardization, data quality improvements, and technology adoption.
• Lead or support major cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
• Provide recommendations that improve process efficiency, business outcomes, and overall value realization.
• Work closely with procurement, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners throughout the modernization program.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of related professional experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience working with Icertis CLM or supporting an Icertis implementation.
• Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management and business process improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.

• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and/or Ariba.
• Strong Source-to-Pay/procurement process knowledge.

The ideal candidate is a senior CLM/process transformation professional who combines deep Icertis CLM expertise with strong procurement and Source-to-Pay knowledge. They should be comfortable leading workshops, influencing stakeholders, analyzing complex processes, and driving future-state business process design.
