Estimator, Construction, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

Job Description:

Position Summary:

Highly skilled and experienced Roofing Estimator and Project Manager with a strong background in roofing and construction, exceptional project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role is responsible for generating, selling and managing all aspects of roofing projects, from initial estimation and bidding to overseeing safe project execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with project stakeholders (superintendents, foremen, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, architects, and building departments) throughout all phases of the project.

* Client Relations and Bidding:
Meet with potential clients, prepare bids, and develop new leads to grow business opportunities.

* Project Documentation and Scope Management:
Manage all project documentation, oversee scope of work, negotiate change orders, and ensure timely and accurate completion of roofing projects.

* Site Inspections and Estimation:
Conduct site inspections, prepare detailed cost estimates, and establish clear timelines and budgets with clients.

* Team Coordination and Quality Control:
Oversee roofing crews and subcontractors, monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

* Completion and Client Satisfaction:
Maintain communication with clients, provide regular updates, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to their satisfaction.
