We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor to create compelling short‑form videos for our social channels and promote WeVote and democracy. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or a comparable non‑linear editor is required;
After Effects skills are a plus.

• Edit short‑form videos, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and designers to align creative vision.
• Enhance videos with color correction and motion graphics.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas.
• Adapt and optimize video content for various digital platforms.
• Conduct quality checks and revisions based on feedback.
• Maintain an organized library of motion graphic assets and project files.

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Video Editor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with editing short‑form videos and understanding visual storytelling.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, pacing, and brand identity.
• Ability to transform raw footage into polished final products independently.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Willingness to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas.
• Portfolio or reel showcasing previous motion graphics work.
• Proactive and adaptable in fast‑paced environments.
