A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist II to provide advanced support and optimize customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and triage escalated support cases from Tier 1 through various channels
- Deliver a consultative support experience while gathering customer feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and maintain documentation
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus - Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software and systems
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers
