THE ROLE
** Call Center Agents are the first point of contact for individuals seeking support through the CalAIM Community Supports program. You’ll provide information, answer inquiries, and guide members with empathy and professionalism.
** WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** – Bilingual speakers (Chinese/English and Vietnamese/English) – Excellent communication skills – Compassionate & culturally sensitive – Dedicated to improving community health FULL-TIME: $18/HOUR І NON-EXEMPT

MON-FRI, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
