Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service/Logistics Specialist to support customers while coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities

+ Serve as a point of contact for customer orders and shipment inquiries

+ Coordinate shipping schedules, tracking, and delivery updates

+ Resolve issues related to orders, inventory, and transportation

+ Work with carriers, vendors, and internal departments

+ Maintain accurate records in ERP or logistics systems

+ Prepare reports and documentation related to logistics activity

Requirements

Requirements

+ Experience in customer service, logistics, order management, or supply chain preferred

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/logistics platforms

+ Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment

+ High attention to detail and follow-through
