We are hiring a Full‑time Dental Assistant to join our mobile dental team serving senior communities across Oakland. If you’re dependable, compassionate, and ready for a change from the traditional clinic grind, this could be the perfect fit.
Why This Role Is DifferentInstead of the same four walls every day, you’ll bring care directly to seniors who often have limited access to dentistry. It’s hands‑on, meaningful work — and you’ll have the independence to own your day while still being part of a supportive clinical team.
What You’ll Do- Assist the dentist chairside at senior living and care facilities
- Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment
- Follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, supported, and informed
- Complete basic documentation and administrative tasks
- Represent Comprehensive Mobile Care with professionalism, compassion, and reliability
- Certified/Registered Dental Assistant (California required)
- Active Radiation Certificate
- Strong understanding of OSHA & infection control
- Professional, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to lift/transport equipment (25–50 lbs)
- Must pass federal background check + drug screening
- A heart for serving seniors and underserved communities
- $28/hour + travel reimbursement
