Position: Full-Time
Salary: $220,000–$260,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

This role delivers comprehensive dental care in a community health clinic serving Oakland’s diverse BIPOC population. You will diagnose oral health conditions, provide preventive and restorative treatment, and educate patients on long‑term oral health. Your work supports access, trust, and continuity of care for individuals and families who rely on community‑based services.

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Provide preventive, restorative, and basic surgical dental procedures
• Interpret dental X-rays and clinical findings to guide care decisions
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and care teams
• Follow clinic protocols, safety standards, and public health guidelines

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active California Dental License in good standing
• Current DEA registration
• Experience in general dentistry; community or public health setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
