Join us as a board certified or board eligible Orthopedic Surgeon at Sutter East Bay Medical Group. This full‑time position is part of a rapidly growing medical group with a diverse patient population. The role is productivity‑based and you will join a team of two orthopedic surgeons. Call duty is optional.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
Competitive compensation with income guarantee. Salary range $663,266 – $745,185 (base only).
- Residency stipend $1,000/month for residents committed to a 12‑month hire.
- Shareholder eligibility after 2 years.
