SummaryPartner is seeking a full-time Project Assessor to complete and finalize specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget, including Property Condition Assessments as assigned by the Project Manager.
Essential Duties & Tasks- Project research (historical, regulatory, etc.)
- Communication with client and site representatives
- Conduct site reconnaissance
- Data compilation and organization
- Report authoring
- Preparation of quality supporting documents (site figures, appendices, etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, including schedule and plan coordination
- Provide project status updates and recommendations to the Project Manager and clients
- Identify and resolve project issues and coordinate scope changes
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Track record of delivering quality work on time
- Exceptional writing skills
- Strong relationship building within a team
- Understanding of building component life cycles, system condition evaluation, and replacement costs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Corel, and Excel
- Strong observation, deduction, and reasoning skills
- Familiarity with civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering principles and related regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in environmental or engineering consulting
- Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Clear spoken communication in person and over the telephone
- Visual acuity to read printed and screen information
- Frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
- Ability to climb a ladder
Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000. This estimate considers skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other organizational factors. The disclosed pay scale has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
Additional incentive bonus program may be available depending on performance factors.
