This full‑time role is based in Antioch, California, with additional consideration for Oakland, San Francisco, and San Jose. You will support our PM/CM team and contribute to projects that meet client objectives and solve challenges.
Responsibilities- Provide limited office management for a construction management project.
- Review and update project schedules and record drawings.
- Maintain logs of contract documents.
- Take meeting minutes.
- Process contractor pay estimates.
- Upload documents to the project’s construction management document control site.
- Review certified payroll.
- Perform engineering submittal reviews for contract compliance.
- Analyze material test reports for contract compliance.
- Review material submittals for contract compliance.
- Respond to Request for Information (RFIs).
- Perform quantity calculations.
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision‑making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct; adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a directly related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and abiding by WSP's health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
- Experience with office engineering duties on large construction projects.
- Experience with labor compliance and verification of certified payrolls.
- Experience with Caltrans office engineering.
- E.I.T. preferred.

CompensationExpected salary: $90,800 – $129,800. WSP reserves the right to adjust compensation within the posted range based on education, experience, and other factors, in compliance with applicable laws.
