Office Engineer

This full‑time role is based in Antioch, California, with additional consideration for Oakland, San Francisco, and San Jose. You will support our PM/CM team and contribute to projects that meet client objectives and solve challenges.

• Provide limited office management for a construction management project.
• Review and update project schedules and record drawings.
• Maintain logs of contract documents.
• Take meeting minutes.
• Process contractor pay estimates.
• Upload documents to the project’s construction management document control site.
• Review certified payroll.
• Perform engineering submittal reviews for contract compliance.
• Analyze material test reports for contract compliance.
• Review material submittals for contract compliance.
• Respond to Request for Information (RFIs).
• Perform quantity calculations.
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision‑making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct; adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a directly related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and abiding by WSP's health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

• Experience with office engineering duties on large construction projects.
• Experience with labor compliance and verification of certified payrolls.
• Experience with Caltrans office engineering.
• E.I.T. preferred.

Expected salary: $90,800 – $129,800. WSP reserves the right to adjust compensation within the posted range based on education, experience, and other factors, in compliance with applicable laws.
