A leading non-profit organization in the Bay Area is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller or Controller to oversee the accounting function. This role involves rebuilding the accounting system, managing a team of 5 accountants, and reporting to the CFO. Ideal candidates should have 7+ years of accounting experience, strong payroll knowledge, and staff management skills. The position is full-time with onsite work 3 days a week after 90 days.
