Department: Aesthetics Employment Type: Full Time Location: Oakland - Montclair Compensation: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour

• Provide client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Skillfully perform treatments including clinical facials, extractions, medical‑grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micropenning.
• Educate clients on all treatment processes, pre‑ and post‑treatment care instructions.
• Address client queries, needs, and expectations promptly.
• Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques.
• Ensure client safety at all times.
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered by the company.
• Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products.
• Follow established treatment protocols.
• Generate and maintain a client base.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Occasional travel may be required to other locations for training.

• CA State Aesthetician license required.
• Medical Assistant certification.
• 2+ years aesthetician experience desired.
• Existing clientele is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must communicate effectively with clients, peers, and managers.
• Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to clients and responsive to business needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with email.
• Social media experience is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
