Personal Care Attendant

Elders Inn is currently seeking a Personal Care Attendant (PCAs) for the AM and PM shifts!

Pay Rate- $20 per hour

PM shift is 4:00pm-8:00pm

• Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks
• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity
• Monitor resident activity and functional status
• Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort

We are looking for:
AM shift - full time employees who will work on a 4-on/2-off rotation

PM shift - part time employees who will work on a 3-on/3-off rotation

• On-call/PRN may also be available

Minimum qualifications are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
• Ability to follow written and oral directions
  
  Basic computer skills (care programming is computer based)
• Ability to lift 150 pounds

Employment requirements include:

• Current COVID-19 vaccination
• Physical
• TB test
• Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice
